Miracles happen.
Reading an easy-to-read book about last year of American Civil War. Think about playing it as boardgame. It's bad there's no easy ones, without micromanagement - just 3-4 armies for both sides, point-to-point map (or a hex with a detail like Stalin's War, not more). Remember good old school days, of freeware American Civil War game. I even e-mailed the author (but didn't made a newer version). It also had Napolenic Wars and WWII versions (both bad).
And here it's. On Microsoft. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/civil-war-strategy-game/9ppf6xv9vkfp?activetab=pivot:regionofsystemrequirementstab
Old school cool.
